Moderator powers
 

How do I set it up in vb3.8x so that my Super Moderators can change rep points arbitrarily, change user group and ban users etc without giving them full Admin access.
At the moment they can view the full details on the Edit User profile CP but have no option to save any changes....?
Any help would be appreciated.
