Upgrade language issue
 

I just upgraded to 3.8.3 from a much older version. I'm a vb noob. Upgraded OS, PHP, Mysql etc.. the works on a dedicated server.

I use English, Spanish and German languages.

Now some seemingly random things show in german or spanish regardless of language chosen.

Like the save button in admincp is german, the inbox dialogs in PM's are spanish etc...

Any ideas on where to start looking or how to fix?
