Transfer to 3.8.4
 

Hello everyone ,
question #1 :
Iv'e v3.7.2 Patch Level 2 , and i would like upgrade to v3.8.4 ,my PHP v5.2.10 and SQL v5.0.81 is it that possible to do without loose any data from an old version ?
question #2 :
can anybody give me some quick guide /tutorial how to do that without any glitch's , i would prefer one clean strait shut , and be done with it.

I am little newby to that , and I really appereciated for any help with this project
