encoding problem in arabic languge restore backup
 

hello ,

from 3 days i go to 1and1 hosting company
and make export from my phpmyadmin to forum datebase
encoding was latin swedin

i make export to tables

and go to 1and1 phpmyadmin

and import it


i found all think right in encoding arabic

but the articles in the forum shown like that and all replies

but the sections names is arabic good encoding and the titles of members and all every thing is arabic

i wondered from where this problem

because i make all tables in restore by same way so i import table user like the way import post

and also export
