Where can I find moderator "notes" for an undeleted post?
 

One of my new moderators when testing out new options, undeleted a soft deleted post and entered a reason why. I (as super admin) can see the thread is back, I can see a log of this in the mod log, but cannot find the note he entered - can anyone point me in the right direction to where this would be? Just to clarify - this was a soft deleted thread which he undeleted and said it asked him to enter a reason or note. Thanks!
