Couple of problems
 

I have a couple of problems:
Can't receive notifications (skin is OceanZero) FIXED
vBExperience stuck on level 1, even if you gain a lot of points. Level up is stuck on 99%
Quicklinks have some empty tabs.(Ocean Zero Skin) FIXED.

Any help is very appreciated, if you need admin access I will give admin access, as long as your trusted.
