Phrase Manager - Welcome PM - Not Changing
 

I have tried and tried to change the Welcome PM to say what I want it to, and I have entered it into where I feel is the place to enter it, yet it doesn't change from the default that is offered from the install.

Could someone PLEASE tell me what I am doing wrong?

And one other thing, is it just me, or is the search on this site not working?
