Flash slide on every page
 

hey i need help...

i need to show this slide, below my navbar on every page.

i edited navbar temp and add the flash embeded code but nothing happens, then i use Notices and place the flash code... still nothing happen i can see the notice bar but not the flash stuff...

then i try to add new temp and add $newtemp in navbar still nothing happens...

i tried everything but this code dosent show up..

then i have a notice setup for my guest, i added this flash code and it works, but it only show to unregisterd members, but i wanna make it visible to all the users registered/non registered.
