Image Insert - max size
 

Hi guys...

This might be simple thing but I'm afraid I might have something corrupted.. anyway..I have uploaded images into the thread and I would like to Auto size them to specific size.. let's say 500 * 250 for example

Moreover, currently if I attach a picture throught the upload option, it will be displayed as next page, not new tab.., I would like to have it displayed as the flash within the same thread.. I believe it used to, but I might changed the configuration..
