vBulletin vs. phpBB3
 

I've been using vBulletin for years, I've tried other products (.NET ones) and came back to vBulletin. It is superior. I'm trying to convince a company that I participate in to move from phpBB3 to vBulletin and so he recently asked for the differences and reasons why they should switch to vBulletin.

Can anyone provide a list of reasons why vBulletin is better than phpBB3 and why they should move their forum to vBulletin? I'm interested in how vBulletin is superior so I can provide them this information.
