DropDown Menu Problem
 

Hello, I just recently got my vBulletin forum installed, but they got hacked and the files got deleted or something like that. So I re-installed them and now whenever I create/ install a new skin it, or even on the old skins and on the vBulletin defualt skin, none of the drop down menus are working. I can't check my notifications and search things, etc. I also can't change skins. I have checked to see if it was the skin I was using that was causing that problem, but it wasn't.
