Attachment Options
 

I've been wondering about this for a while so I thought I'd ask - it's probably on purpose, it just baffles me.

Why do the attachment options still show even if attachments are completely disabled? On one of the boards that I manage we have attachments off completely, but people keep trying to add them because the option is still there when they create posts.

Why aren't the attachments options completely hidden, or at least visibly disabled, when disabled in ACP? As it is now, everything seems to be working for the users and they have no way of knowing that attachments are actually disabled.

Unless I'm missing something, this pretty much falls under the "bug" category.
