Can't see bug
 

I created a new project and am looking at the settings as a super moderator and registered user. The super moderator and registered user can both see the project.

I created a new bug report and assigned the super moderator and registered user to it. The super moderator can see the bug report, the registered user cannot. What settings do I need to change so the registered user can read the bug report?
