Unread Private Message
 

I had someone PM me this morning and I got and email notification with the contents of the PM.

When I looked for the PM is it not in my inbox, but I have a constant notification that there is one unread private message.

Is there a way to find out why this message didn't make it to my inbox and a way to turn off the notification that I have one unread?
