Allow registered users to post
 

I have a forum (Forum announcements) which I originally set up that only the Admin (me) can post (or even start threads).

Now, I'd like to change it so that others can post but not start threads.

I can't seem to find how to do this. :o Though I'm the one who set it up in the first place. I feel silly. :(
