Make 'Message to User' auto fill out
 

Hello.

I posted here as I could not post anywhere else.
This is on behalf of a friend of mine. The domain is http://www.evationstudios.com

When giving an infraction, you get taken to the Infraction Page.

Is there any plugin/product or template edit I can use/do to make the 'Message to User' box be filled out automatically?

Even if we need to change a few things, such as name etc.

I have tried looking in templates but not found a thing.
