Issues with vbulletin_menu.js
 

A client is having some page error issues related to vbulletin_menu.js. So I downloaded the script to my local machine to open and view the code. But for one thing it is compressed beyond readability; whether I open it in Notepad, Wordpad, or whatever, it's unreadable. And the worst thing is, when I simply double click it to open it in whatever the default might be, I get this:
