Admin CP Option to move "What's going On" info
 

From bottom to top. Or from top to bottom. Or left/right align.

I hated having to go into the templates JUST to move the "What's going on" box from the bottom to the top. And when you upgrade this IS a hassle. A big hassle. :( You'd have to revert templates, and this is where the hassle begins.

The reason why I'd want it on top is because the first thing people noticed when vb2 was around (and even early vb3) the first thing people notice and are "enticed" is by the activity level of the forums/boards.

Please, Jelsoft, make an option in VB4 to move it from the bottom to the top if we desire. Top is legacy staple.
