Site Down, Session Table Disappeared
 

Help!! My site went down (error 1114 session table full) and when I went to manually empty it the session table disappeared. I contacted my host and then used a back-up to restore the database, but I still get this:

Where do I go from here? Keep in mind I am not real proficient with computers, so I need things simple for me to understand..........
