Erroneous COPPA Users
 

I have searched everywhere I can think of but I am having a problem with people who's dates of birth are in the 80's and prior showing up as COPPA users waiting for moderation. They should be simply new users awaiting activation codes. Where are the settings for COPPA users or are they part of the software that is not changeable? Thanks I am brand new to V-Bulletin and learning by trial and error mostly although I did print off the entire manual and although I have looked I can't find settings.
