RSS Feeds reset/remove history
 

I'm wondering if I have an RSS feed, what if I delete the threads it posted? How can I have the feed re-post those threads again, since they were deleted?? I tried resetting the last time checked, but that only resets the time it was checked; doesn't re-post old ones.

I heard you can remove them from the database somehow. Is there any other way, besides going into the database itself?

If not, what table would I find them in? How will I know which rows they are, because I have multiple RSS feeds, and I only want to reset one of them.
