Insalling layout difficulties
 

Someone is trying to install a layout for me and they're having problems. Here's what they said:

You should contact your host and fix the problem.
OK so I'm not exactly cluey on these things.

Should I...

1) Contact my host and get them to fix it. And if so what exactly do I tell them?

2) Fix it myself and if so please tell me exactly how to fix it.
