Fatal error: Please check the $bitfields array
 

Sadly, after an update to v3.8.3 we get this error when validating a new member.

Fatal error: Please check the $bitfields array in the vB_DataManager_Blog_User class definition - $vbulletin->bf_misc_vbbloguseroptions is not a valid bitfield.

I tried rebuilding the bit fields suggested in another post but continue to get this error.
