Avatars Upload avatar & profile picture at sign up
 

On another site I set up I use something other than VB and part of the sign up process is to upload an avatar. On this site far more people add avatars than don't. However on my VB site it usually takes members a week or two before they add an avatar. And I find that those who do add an avatar usually stick around.

It would be great if this could be part of sign up, optional of course.
