Change the name of some things.
 

What would I have to edit to change the name of Private Messages entirely to something like "Mail" or something. This could also go for like changing the name of Who's online and stuff. Is this all done in the Phrase manager? Or will I need template editing. I'm mainly interested in changing the Private Messages to Mail, or something.
