How do I create a new Avatar category?
 

OK, I'm new to vB and I just be missing something obvious but I've looked all through the manual, searched the forums and searched Google. Nowhere can I find how to create a new avatar category. I see instructions on the following:

• I can view a category
• I can edit a category
• I can delete a category

But nowhere does it say how to create one. What am I missing? Surely the "default" category isn't the only one that can be used?
