Weird Symbols in my forum - Help!
 

I have followed most of the instructions at this thread (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=297299) and tried to fix the problem with my forum.

My forum is showing weird symbols in between the Chinese characters. Any idea how I may fix this?

E.g. 欢迎大家�?�到我们这个新论�?�。
