Notices Display All 'Notices' Under User Control Panel
 

List all Forum 'Notices' within user's cp, this way you can see what is going on in all forums you have usergroup access. I like to keep my fishes in a barrel, as it is easier to take them out all at once and I am not to keen on fishing around to see what is happening within a forum topic, when it easier with grouping all notices.

Grouping all 'Notices' that belong to each forum, it is better to keep track on any new actions from the forum management team.

Display all older 'Notices' that have been posted maybe a good feature for Admins/Mods and or by group permission.
