Tags Multiple tagging one tag from different users for confirmation purposes
- If multiple users could tag a thread with the same tag, that would give us confirmation, that the tag is actually fitting the thread.
- On the other hand users should have the option to call a tag "not right for this thread".
- If more users tag a thread "does not fit with this tag" than they tag it with this tag, a message "this tag is not displayed, until more users decide to vote for this tag" is shown.
