Edit feature no longer works since upgrase
 

I need some help please, I just upgraded to vb 3.8.x and the edit feature no longer works. When I click edit in any of my threads I just get the spinning icon and it never does anything, I have totally lost the edit feature on my site.. What is going on and how can I fix this? I am using all the original templates.
