Currenlty I am using a webhosting company.
But my members have crossed 1000 and the hosting company has started giving me problems.

I cannot afford to pay more than 8-9 dollars a month for my website since it is not profit generating site it is just a discussion board for fun and i have to pay for it from my own pocket.

i would like to seek help from the professionals in here to suggest to me which hosting site should i go for cause i have no idea what to do.

plus i am not a technical person and there is no one to help me move my forum from current webhosting to new one. i would be really grateful if some one spare some of his valuable time and advice me the full method and steps and how to do those steps, invovled in shifting hosts.

i am really really in trouble so need your help.

furthermore, i would like to ask a question from the forum owners.
is it mandatory to include your residential home address or business home address in the newsletters that we send to our users? i mean i dont have a busuiness address but the darn people are requiring for me to include that which is BS since i only send emails to my users and not as spam.

please please need help from professionals here
