spammers can post without a user
 

It seems that the spambots have figured out how to make a post without creating a user.

Sometimes a spam post will slip by Akismet. I just delete the post and ban the user. This time, I deleted the post and then went to the control panel but vBulletin can't find the user.

Is there any thing that can be done?
