Disable tooltip (thread preview) on hover / mouseover
 

Hi guys,

I need a way to get rid of the thread preview when someone hovers over the topic name in forumdisplay.....

I know this can be done at a local, browser level but I need a way to enforce it at an admin / server level??

Any ideas???
