thread-specific Announcements?
 

Hello,

We've got a situation where we'd like to have thread-specific Announcements, so the Announcement would appear at the top of the thread page no matter which page of the thread you were on, rather like Polls do.

I remember doing it on a vB installation at a previous employer's site but I'm not sure if that was a vB.org thing or a custom hack or what.

Any advice/suggestions/pointers appreciated.
