Most Users Online Was Reset - Update Query Doesn't Fix It
 

Somehow my most users online was reset to about a third of what it previously was. I asked for help on how to do this in the past, and was given this query, which worked:

The first number is the max online users. The second number is the timestamp.

However, when I tried to run it today, it executes ok, but the most users online on the index page doesn't reflect the numbers in my query. This is the query I ran from PHPMyAdmin:
