Cookie and Caching issue
 

Hi All.. First post. *waves*

We have had vbulletin working fine for about 1 year, with it located at /forums on our server.

Recently we had our main site move to Drupal, and since then, there has been issues with caching of pages and marking of threads read.

We removed all caching in drupal, we changed the headers in vBulletin Options -> Cookies and HTTP Header Options -> Add No-Cache HTTP Headers this helped Firefox users, but not IE users. We have had users delete cookies and clear cache. We also changed the 'read posts' to using the database, and still we get IE users getting what can only be explained as cached page results, or being taken to the login screen for some users, when trying to post.

EG. Some users complain pages are not appearing until refresh (Control-F5) and then reading through to the last page to find it missing again. Sometimes they post and can't see their post until refresh. Some users can't post in some forums randomly and get a logon page if they try.

Me and my mods cannot replicate the issues ourselves so it is hard to track down. (We all use Firefox)

Any thoughts?
