Convert to Utf-8 issue, NEED Help
 

Hey,
today i convert my database to utf-8 encoding , using notebad2 editing every single table
successfully converted , look at this image

my databse successfully converted to utf-8 , IAM SURE ALL MY TABLES CONVERTED

2- then my config charset changed to utf-8
3-master language changed to utf-8
4- upgraded my forum using upgrade.php
5- using tools.php to rebuild cache then deleted

afterall my all my forum data looks like this

what can I do then? please help me"NB: I used vCharset before , it have tons of bugs and dont work" PLEASE HELPthanks
