Correct host for a music forum
 

Hey guys. So story is, I used to admin a forum with a guy and we've fallen out. I want the freedom of my own forum, and I'm thinking vBulletin is the way forward. However, I'm reading all about forums, and whilst I get the general gist (that I need to purchase the license first, and then the domain on top of that - could someone confirm for me please?), I'm confused about the host. I want to run a pop forum, similar to UKMix or Flop Of The Pops. I hope to grow into something big, and so I'm guessing I'd need a good hoster? It for sure needs to be a fast host. However, I have little money, and so I'd need something cheap. Could someone help me?
