Help with hosting decision
 

I need to move my site to another host. I currently have a shared account through godaddy and it is really really really slow.
And I just found out I am on a server with over 3100 other sites.

I really dont have the money to pay the high prices of a dedicated server. Nor do I know how to do everything myself.

Can someone tell me the difference between shared, vps, vps managed, and dedicated? I have about I have about 50 - 60 users on at a time.
And shared is not cutting it.

What sites have a good vps that is managed cause I could not do it alone?
