New subforums not appearing.
 

I've just tried to make a subforum (something I've done a million times) but it doesn't appear at all on the forum. I've tried 6 times now using different parent forums and no parent at all and no matter what I do they don't show up. Also, my members are reporting that they're not getting any email subscriptions even though they're turned on. Am a bit stumped!
