several errors - what is causing this?
 

Earlier today my email was swarmed with various error messages from vbulletin. They were continuously sent to my email for about 45 minutes. I'm very curious as to what caused this, if data was lost, and if it can be prevented. Also, I'm wondering if hacking is a possibility.

The site appears to be functioning normal, but I'm worried about data corruption/loss of data.

Here are the error messages that appeared most frequently. (the username field was different each time).
