I think this mod: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=201318

should be included in vb by default. I think this is useful if your host limits your outgoing emails. On my account, for example, there is a 300 mail/day limit. I know the most convenient answer to this is to change host, but on almost every shared hosting accounts there is some kind of limits.

If you have a large forum, and if you could set how many emails to send at once, and in what timeframe it would be a very cool feature.

The above mod is great, but I think it's something that should be in vb by default.
