Why can't I acess my Vbulletin Admin CP
 

I've already downloaded my Vbulletin but I can't acess my Admin Panel. I've also already purchased my domain name but I need instructions on how to get my Message Board (once I create it) on the domain name. I thought once you purchased the domain it would take you to the adminCp like in the demo.
