Couple of questions about pictures/attachments
 

Hi,

I have two questions,

1) Currently I allow one picture per post, no thumbnail. There is a growing trend of asking for the thumbnail on the forum, and I wonder if making thumbnails will have an adverse effect on performance. Also, we have 50 gigs of pictures, so going back to create thumbnails is potentially a problem, right?

2) Currently some people link their pictures to external sites. We would like to stop that. Is the only way by disabling HTML and BB code?
