Upgrade.php = file not found
 

I am attempting to upgrade from 3.8.0 to 3.8.3 and cannot access the upgrade.php file for some unknown reason (get a 404 file not found error). Other files in the install folder are accessible (i.e., finalupgrade.php).

Any advice?
