MEMBERINFO Template has disappeared
 

We were testing a Myspace profile mod on our vBulletin forum, but decided to uninstall. We did so, yet the profile changes were not reverted back to the vBulletin default style. We went to the Style Manager and clicked 'Revert' on the MEMBERINFO template.

After doing this, the template is no longer listed in the Style Manager and profiles on our forum now simply appear white and empty. We tried re-uploading vBulletin but this did not work.

Could someone help please?
