some section of my forum is missing
 

one of my admin tried to put a ad "java script" code on the description underneath the forum title, after he saved it half of the forum section below went missing same thing on the forum manager section some of the bottons and options to delete the forum are gone too.

any ideas what could cause this and how do i fix it?
