BBcode not parsing
 

When posting messages in cyrillic characters (UTF-8) BBcodes is not parsing. Database and tables in utf8_general_ci. I post by admin account (full permissions). If at least non-latin char is in post, no parsing. Everything is ok when whole message in latin chars.
