Forum members can't post anything
 

I have a forum and there are a few different member groups the settings have not been shanged at all for any of these groups. but on all threads a groups can't post any replies. it will let them type their reply but when they click on send it will just sit there and now do anything at all. what can be the issue.

i am running ver 3.8.3
