problem with MySQL/vbulletin
 

Ok I just wana know DO I have to buy MySQL or is there a free on out there? Because i`m a noob and didn`t expect all this extra stuff to have to buy besides the vbulletin program. And also what is the php? Another program I have to buy ? Anyway is there a good tutorial on installing MySQL for vbulletin or am I just missing it on here. Sry for all the noob questions...i just feel I may have got in something abit over myhead...
